My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfy, though a bit spacious to the point that the bathroom was small. We had to request a room change due to a smokey smell. The staff service was a bit mixed, some were courteous and helpful, but there were instances of feeling unheard and misunderstood. The location was great for my needs, though there were some minor issues with cold drafts. The dining experience was disappointing, especially at the Aaltos restaurant. The facilities were decent overall.
